The length at the back makes the hair appear longer but while still having the short layers on top to add style and volume. This is the same cut as the previous photo only styled differently so it is quite a versatile style. With the fringe to the side it opens up her face. Very sleek and pretty at the front and flows into flicky at the back to add a bit of fun.
